Serviced apartments with the look of a luxury hotel

It is at Rixensart that this project was born, in the old paper mills of Genval. The urban plan includes private accommodation, numerous shops and a serviced residence of 100 apartments, 14 000 m2, with hairdresser, fitness room, bar, library and large restaurant.

Our approach has focused on developing a contemporary, luxurious and above all warm atmosphere. American walnut is in the spotlight with more than 800 m2 of veneer, in different finishes, smooth or rough sawn, treated either in claustra or in paneling or even in furniture, with great care given to the rhythm, by management precise and careful joints between panels.
The carpets are printed to measure after numerous tests. The lights in the restaurant are magnetic and can therefore be moved or reinforced by other devices. The glass of the entrance and bar suspensions is embellished with a linen veil in his hand. Brass elements decorate and warm up the whole. The benches, all custom designed, add a casual and vintage touch to the project.

The project was managed in perfect collaboration with the DDS + office which took care of the architecture.
